Most common causes of spam are >

1, Inadequate security systems (Nothing is for free!)

2, On-Line shopping (Inadvertently agreeing to receive solicited spam)

3, On-Line gaming, messaging, chat rooms, Skype & E-mail address harvesting etc,,,,

Evidence of being Email spammed >

1, Non delivery messages from outgoing e-mail. (Even when you didn't send an Email)

2, Unwanted E-mail. (Unsolicited & solicited)

3, Eventual "Black Listing" (Unable to send Email)
